How does AntiDDoS protection work?
The AntiDDoS protection we offer in Spain comes from Path.net, it works by analyzing and filtering in real time all the traffic that reaches your services.
When DDoS attack patterns are detected (such as an abnormally high volume of requests or malicious packets), the system redirects and “cleans” that traffic before it reaches your infrastructure, avoiding any downtime of your services.
Are your services physically hosted in Spain?
Yes, our servers are physically located in Spain. We have infrastructure hosted in our data center located in Madrid, which guarantees low latency for users in the peninsula.
We also have physical servers in the Netherlands, in the Sky-Link Datacenter.
How do we manage backups?
We perform backups periodically and automatically to ensure the integrity of your information. Depending on the plan you sign up for, you will have access to different frequencies and restore options, allowing you to revert to a previous state of your site in case of emergency.
How is your network infrastructure?
In our data center we work with a 10GBP/s port on a 100GBP/s line to offer the highest possible stability.
All our servers include two NICs, one with two SFP+ ports at 10GBP/s and one with 4 Ethernet ports at 1GBP/s.
Depending on your configuration, one or the other will be used, if necessary a secondary interface can be connected as failover.
What kind of technical support do you offer and what are the hours of operation?
We have specialized technical support via ticket and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition, during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00), we offer chat and phone support to solve urgent questions or help you with any incident that may arise.
