16. PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES.

1. You agree to make full payment for the contracted services before their delivery. Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. If you have an associated credit or debit card, payment may be processed automatically before the service’s renewal deadline.
2. Credit and debit card processing is managed by an external provider, and it is the responsibility of that processor to ensure that payments are processed correctly and comply with applicable tax limits.
3. Some payment methods may be subject to additional fees or transaction-related charges.
4. If you do not renew your service before the due date indicated in the “Service Details,” you will have a 72-hour grace period to make the payment. If payment is not made within that period, the service will be suspended. After 7 days from the due date, the service will be permanently deleted.
5. Payments made via bank transfer may take up to 72 business hours to process. Consequently, the delivery of services will be delayed until the payment is validated. In some cases, the service may be activated at our discretion once proof of payment is received.
6. We shall not be responsible for the suspension or elimination of services due to non-payment of an invoice. Additionally, additional charges for late payments may be applied as a penalty.

 

17. CANCELLATIONS.

1. You may submit a cancellation request for any active service associated with you.
2. When canceling a service, it will cease to be active on the commitment end date and not before.
3. We are not responsible for any potential charges from your payment processor. It is your responsibility to cancel any active subscription related to the service with your payment processor. Whenever possible, we will attempt to refund the payment if there is an active cancellation for the charged service.
4. Unless you notify us that you wish to cancel all or some of the services associated with you, all services will continue to be billed.
5. If you wish to remove an active cancellation, you must notify our team through the official communication channels.

 

18. LEGITIMATE USE.
