16. PAYMENTS AND DUE DATES.

1. You agree to pay in full for services before they are delivered. Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. If you have a linked credit or debit card, the payment may be automatically processed before the deadline to renew the service.
2. Credit and debit card processing is handled by a third-party provider, and it is their responsibility to ensure payments are correctly processed and meet tax regulations.
3. Some payment methods may carry additional fees or transaction-related charges.
4. If you do not renew your service before the indicated due date in the “Service Details”, you will have a 72-hour grace period to make the payment. If not paid within this period, the service will be suspended. After 7 days from the due date, the service will be permanently deleted.
5. Payments made via bank transfer may take up to 72 business hours to process. Therefore, service delivery will be delayed until the payment is confirmed. In some cases, the service may be activated at our discretion upon receiving proof of payment.
6. We are not responsible for suspension or deletion of services due to unpaid invoices. Additional late fees may apply as a penalty.

17. CANCELLATIONS.

1. You may submit a cancellation request for any active service associated with you.
2. Once a service is canceled, it will remain active until the end of its current billing period, and not before.
3. We are not responsible for any charges made by your payment processor. You must cancel any active subscription related to the service directly with your processor. If possible, we will attempt to refund payments received after a cancellation request.
4. Unless you notify us otherwise, all services will be billed continuously.
5. If you wish to reverse a pending cancellation, you must contact our team via official communication channels.

18. LEGITIMATE USE.

1. All of our products are provided “as is” as described on our website, and are subject to proper use.
2. All services are intended exclusively for video games and related activities. We do not guarantee compatibility with other unspecified uses.
