Our main Anti-DDoS provider is Neoprotect, which relies on the network infrastructure of CDN77/Datacamp as its upstream provider. We have a mitigation capacity of over 50 Tbit/s.
We use Neoprotect in all our locations except in the Netherlands, where we use PletX.

How does Anti-DDoS protection work?
The Anti-DDoS protection we offer comes from NeoProtect. It works by analyzing and filtering all traffic to your services in real time.
When DDoS attack patterns are detected (such as an abnormally high volume of requests or malicious packets), the system redirects and “cleans” that traffic before it reaches your infrastructure, preventing any service outages.
Are your servers hosted in Spain?
Yes, our servers are physically located in Spain. We have infrastructure hosted in our data center based in Madrid, ensuring low latency for users across the Iberian Peninsula.
What is your network infrastructure like?
In our data center, we operate with a 10Gbps port over a 100Gbps line to provide maximum stability. All our servers include two NICs—one with two 10Gbps SFP+ ports and another with four 1Gbps Ethernet ports.
Depending on your setup, one or the other will be used. If needed, a secondary interface can be connected as a failover.
What type of technical support do you offer and during what hours?
We offer specialized technical support via ticket and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Additionally, during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we provide support via chat and phone to help with urgent questions or any issues that may arise.
